Dr. Harker was the pro se litigant in: United States District Court for the Central District of
Illinois, Peoria Division. No. 99-1308   Dr. George R. Harker vs. Citizens National Bank of
Macomb, et. al.  December of 2001.

Prepared to testify as expert witness: United States of America vs. Leo F. Rodriguez, Citation
Number: PO 32076. June 25, 1998 in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
Issue was creation of NPS prohibition of nudity and nude sunbathing in Kaloko-Honokohau
National Historical Park.

Dr. Harker was the pro se litigant in two cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the
Seventh Circuit. Case No. 98-1318 and No. 98-1376. The matters before the court are appeals of
decisions made in the District Court by District Judge Michael M. Mihm, District Court No.: 97 C
1147 and 97 C 1223. Both cases deal with the deprivation of due process under the color of law.

Testified as expert witness:   People v. Stillmeyer,  September 26, 1996. Erin Stillmeyer was
charged with exposure of her breast on a nude beach under the Brevard County ordinance.
Apparently she was asleep on her back on the beach. She was awaken and charged with violation
of the county nudity ordinance. Dr. Harker was accepted as an expert by Judge Kenneth
Freidland.

Not allowed to testify: People v. Davis,  May 21, 1996. Judge Philip Fougerousse, Rockledge,
FL., will not hear the expert testimony of any of three expert witnesses brought to Florida to
testify on behalf of Davis. Davis was charged with breast exposure in violation of Brevard County
ordinance.
