for "We Love Makena Beach " Cleanup

Part of the group removed glass jugs left on the top of the Pu'u Ola'i  cinder cone years ago. Another contingent entered the woods adjacent to Parking lot #1 and removed quantities of old barbed wire fencing left from days long ago when the park was a cattle ranch.
 

Lucienne de Naie and Carrell Foxx carry out piece of discarded metal. Lucienne de Naie is Sierra Club Maui contact responsible for organizing the event.
