Monk Seal Art Print Available
Photographer Dr. George R. Harker shows off the Monk Seal printed 16" by 20" on canvas as a limited edition (250) art print. Selling at a local gallery for over $250 the print is available through this site for $125. The print is gallery wrapped and can be shipped to mainland for an additional $45. Each print is signed by the artist. The caption of the photo "Compulsively laid-back Monk Seal Little Beach April 23, 2006" is printed on the edge of the frame bottom.

Friends of Makena State Park was formally formed in 2003 to assist the Hawai'i Department of Land and Natural Resources in the stewardship of Makena State Park.
Membership is open to anyone interested in the stewardship of the unique natural resource that constitutes Makena State Park situated on the island of Maui in the Hawai 'i Islands. The world famous nude beach known as Little Beach is contiguous to Makena State Park.
