Dr. George R. Harker wrote the book on public nude
beaches. The classic work entitled Creation
and Management Guide to public clothing optional beaches and parks
was first published in 1990 by the American Sunbathing Association. An
extensively plagiarized version was published in 2000 by the American Association
of Nude Recreation.
Dr. Harker has been called as an expert witness
or been involved in most every case involving nude recreation in the last
fifteen years.
